Regulatory Requirements Change Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Requirements Change Expert to join our Requirements & Process Change team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality translation of regulations and policies into implementable requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Translate regulations and policies into DPOT requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver requirements to stakeholders, including grids, lenders, and COO - Strategy Execution & Implementation.
- Optimize the lending journey while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Advise on design and architecture of compliant and feasible solutions.
- Participate in Change Risk Assessments (CRA) and ensure prioritization and capacity planning are aligned with Credit Risk Forward / CROS and the FCD program.
Requirements & Process Change serves as the linking pin to the lending and lending support teams, overseeing the impact of all change that will be embedded in Lending (Support) teams. Our team combines Requirement Management, Credit Process Management, and Change execution capabilities.
What We Offer- A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
