Key Responsibilities:- Identify and validate leads generated through various channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, and industry events.
- Manage the process of uploading leads from external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn, Client 360, and email or telephone verification.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure opportunities are created and values are added to marketing-driven opportunities.
- Support reporting to stakeholders on pipeline and BDR leads performance.
- Present at monthly pipeline review meetings with sales leadership and provide insights on bottom-of-the-funnel numbers.
- Set up appointments with prospective clients and sales teams, and follow up to ensure status updates on Salesforce.
- Manage lead rejection, acceptance, and recycling processes according to MQL definitions.
- Nurture prospect accounts and move them from marketing-qualified leads to sales-qualified leads.
- Document and explain clients' desired outcomes strategically for specific opportunities.
- Perform data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for pipeline growth.
- Proactive approach to qualifying leads, collaborating with others, and following through on leads.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS PowerBI, Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of the Technology & System Integration industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a similar role, such as technology or software tele sales, or business-to-business lead generation.
- Working experience with sales automation or prospecting tools.
- Lead generation using web-based and social media platforms.
