About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist German to join our team in Maastricht. As a key member of our Order to Bill department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our direct customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Order to Cash and reverse logistics process, executing order intake and entry, confirmation, and coordination with credit management, supply chain, and logistics.
- Handle customer complaints, both internal and external, via defined complaint processes.
- Work closely with other global and local functions within our Maastricht organization to organize and execute orders, supporting Field Service Engineers with emergency calls and creating notifications.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or experience in a business-related field.
- Customer-focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Organized, structured, and excellent in coordinating and multitasking.
- Capable of working in a team as well as independently.
- Perfect command of German and English language.
- Good practice in MS Office; SAP application experience adds value.
What We Offer
- A gross monthly salary between €2900 and €3100 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on education and work experience.
- An additional 8% holiday allowance, year-end premium, and a bonus (based on company results).
- 34 days of leave.
