- Compile detailed reports on product feedback, surveys, and metrics to inform product development and improvement.
- Demonstrate ownership and initiative in problem-solving, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive results.
- Monitor product metrics and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement test plans and cases to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Present regular reports on product status to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to drive business results.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
- Dedicated to leading process enhancements and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or design.
- Experience in process standardization and automation.
