Job Title: Support Medewerker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Medewerker to join our team at Bechtle. As a Support Medewerker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist account managers in the sales process, ensuring that all operational aspects are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide proactive support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
