About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Sendcloud, a leading shipping solution provider, as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our B2B customers, helping them navigate our all-in-one shipping solution and ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers troubleshoot issues with our shipping tool and provide solutions to improve their experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (and a second language such as Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, or German)
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Knowledge of online products and e-commerce is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
