We're excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a talented Management Support Specialist to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in supporting their executive leadership and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication Liaison: Act as a primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, managing communication with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule Management: Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management, optimizing their productivity.
  • Internal Communications: Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications, reports, and presentations to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Record-Keeping: Oversee administrative procedures such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate company events, fostering a collaborative work environment and strengthening team dynamics.
  • Project Support: Provide crucial administrative support to HR and team leaders, contributing to the success of various projects and initiatives.
  • Accounting Tasks: Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles demonstrating competency in office management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, showcasing mastery in various applications.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Availability: Availability for 24-32 hours per week.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch, English, and German languages to effectively communicate across various stakeholders. Candidates that are fluent in 2 out of the 3 languages are also welcome to apply, but must be ready to learn the third language.
