Head of Infrastructure Strategy

GRESB is in search of a seasoned professional to take on the role of Director, Infrastructure, overseeing the formulation and implementation of product strategies and growth initiatives within the Infrastructure division dedicated to real assets. This pivotal position will collaborate closely with the counterpart responsible for Infrastructure Standards, playing an essential role in defining the company's value proposition, amplifying brand visibility, and fostering growth through strategic alliances, external outreach, and professional representation in specialized forums.

This position is based at GRESB's headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

External Engagement and Advocacy

  • Act as a representative for GRESB, enhancing the brand's value through participation in specialized conferences and contributing articles to industry publications.
  • Lead interactions with portfolio companies, investors, and stakeholders to advocate for responsible investment practices and promote sustainable outcomes.

Strategic Development

  • Craft and refine the product value proposition for GRESB's Infrastructure real assets, ensuring it aligns with market demands and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive challenges.

Execution and Internal Coordination

  • Direct the creation, evaluation, and prioritization of a strategic three-year plan, alongside a practical one-year roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Standards and Commercial teams to establish a forward-thinking product offering in the rapidly growing sector of infrastructure real assets.
  • Formulate and implement a communication strategy in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Communications.
  • Guide and coordinate the internal infrastructure product team to effectively support the development and maintenance of GRESB Infrastructure Standards and the expanding product suite for infrastructure clients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in responsible investment, particularly within relevant asset classes.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities with a proven history of cultivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for transforming data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment and achieving results through cross-functional collaboration.
