About the Role

As a Mid Office Banking Specialist at ING, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client support and expertise in international payments, cash pool, and netting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless execution of high-value transactions, while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on international payment transactions, cash pool management, and netting.
  • Collaborate with the Back Office and Treasury departments to resolve complex payment issues and ensure timely execution of transactions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ING's banking platform, Megabank, and its self-service portals.
  • Support customers in using Megabank and maintaining customer and account data, including contract verification, account activation, and file management.

Requirements

  • Strong educational background in a relevant field, such as finance or economics.
  • Experience in international payments, cash pool, and/or netting in a banking environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused approach.
