Key Responsibilities- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for co-workers and visitors alike, making them feel at home and providing them with any information, guidance, or support needed.
- Secure high-quality standards and excellence in operations for the reception tasks, including planning, preparing, and facilitating Welcome Tours for new employees.
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance area, ensuring all necessary supplies and information are available and up-to-date.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by actively seeking and acting upon feedback or needs addressed by our co-workers or visitors.
- Participate in the first aid and rescue team, taking duty responsibility for daily operations when scheduled and supporting other areas of Workplace Support as needed.
- Excellent social skills with an open attitude towards all internal and external visitors.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently in English and preferably also in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with direct customer contact in the field of customer services, hospitality business, or other service businesses in a multicultural environment.
- Service-minded, helpful, structured, and proactive, with a passion for providing excellent services and striving for excellence and high performance.
- Ability to work with multiple computer applications, preferably Office, and perceive technology as an enabler.
