Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service through various channels, including social media, email, and phone.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to recommend our products and services that meet our customers' needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed and personalized recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
