About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Ambassador. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
