About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Relations & Sales team as a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our customers through various channels, including social media, email, and phone.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Relations team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (C1-2 level) and native language proficiency (one of Dutch, German, Polish, Romanian, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
