Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

This role will involve managing commercial objectives, building and executing strategies in line with client project requirements.

You will be responsible for delivering Stadia Consulting projects globally, co-ordinating and managing exceptional teams of professional advisors (both internal and external) to ensure project objectives are successfully achieved.

You will also be responsible for designing a bespoke long-term hospitality offering to include VIP and VVIP strategy and product design, as well as strategizing all other revenue opportunity areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pitch for, secure, and deliver Stadia Consulting projects globally.
  • Manage commercial objectives, building and executing strategies in line with client project requirements.
  • Co-ordinate and manage exceptional teams of professional advisors to achieve project objectives.
  • Deliver multi-faceted projects within approved budgets and timeframes.
  • Identify key stakeholders and consult effectively to define client requirements.
  • Provide and present reports at key project milestones.
  • Design operational templates for complex projects and derive associated costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in executing end-to-end commercial projects, from inception to delivery.

You should have extensive experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, strong commercial acumen, and excellent leadership skills.

Experience developing projects within stadia and an understanding of current commercial market trends is also essential.

  • A proven track record of delivering commercial projects from inception to delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Experience working within the sports industry, particularly in stadia development.
