About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior PPE Business Development Manager to join our team at Lyreco Group in the Netherlands.

Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to drive business growth and expansion in the corporate PPE segment. This involves developing and implementing commercial strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing a team of Sales Managers and Account managers.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy to grow the NL PPE business, supported by the Safety Business Unit. Additionally, you will set budgets and forecasts, manage sales processes, optimize collaboration with other departments, and represent the NL PPE segment externally.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record in corporate PPE business management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth in the NL PPE segment
  • Achieve annual sales, GP, and compliance targets
  • Set budgets and forecasts for the NL PPE business
  • Manage sales processes and improve their efficiency and productivity
  • Optimize collaboration between your business line and other departments
  • Represent the NL PPE segment externally
  • Lead and coach direct reports and second-line reports
Requirements
  • University degree (commercial or economic) or equivalent experience
  • First-class leadership and people management skills
  • Strong business awareness and ability to drive results
  • Minimum 6 years of successful experience in corporate PPE business
  • Relevant network in corporate high-risk PPE customers
  • Fluent in English and Dutch as a mother tongue
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch Occupation Safety & Health best practices and PPE products
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated €90,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
