PPE Business Development Manager Netherlands

We are seeking an experienced PPE Business Development Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration in the corporate sector while improving profitability.
As a key member of our Sales Management Team, you will lead a team of Sales Managers and Account Managers to achieve ambitious sales and margin targets. You will also be responsible for business development goals in the Netherlands for the PPE segment.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a commercial strategy to grow NL PPE business in line with Lyreco Group's strategic plan and guidelines.
- Achieve annual sales, gross profit, and compliance targets.
- Set budget and forecast for NL PPE business and align with your manager for validation.
- Manage the sales process by continuously improving its daily efficiency and productivity.
- Optimize collaboration and information flow between business lines and departments.
- Manage and coach direct reports and second-line reports.
- Follow up on business development via precise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Cross-sell between customer bases and stimulate collaboration among heads of sales.
- University degree in commerce or economics or equivalent experience.
- First-class leadership, top people management, excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Astute business awareness and ability to drive results by maximizing opportunity, potential, and people's abilities.
- Minimum 6 years of successful experience in corporate PPE business within a specialized distributor.
- Relevant network in corporate high-risk PPE customers, both Safety and Purchasing Decision-Making Unit (DMU).
- Fluent in English and Dutch as a mother tongue.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch Occupation Safety & Health best practices, PPE product, and related services.
You will be a change leader who promotes and embodies the company values. You have a proven track record in management-level positions and are skilled in coaching, leadership, and negotiation. You are fluent in English and Dutch and have a deep understanding of the Dutch safety market.
