Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager, your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key clients in the Benelux region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the ERP services market.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute business plans that meet or exceed revenue targets.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the ERP services market, as well as excellent sales and account management skills. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships is essential.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree with several years of experience in Sales and Business Development in selling ERP services.
- Experience in the digital ecosystem in the Benelux region, knowledge of industry trends, customer challenges, and potential opportunities in ERP/SAP area.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends on ERP, digital transformation, and adoption of intelligent enterprise.
- Experience with account planning and pitching service offerings/value proposition to potential clients.
- Strong understanding and experience selling Services around Enterprise platforms like SAP.
- Proven leadership qualities with excellent oral and written communication skills.
