">Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our electric mobility services team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive the growth of our e-mobility business, ensuring seamless execution of services provided to EV drivers and Charge Point Operators across our markets.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Translate our CPO and EMSP vision into actionable team roadmaps with clear objectives and key results (OKRs)">
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of 12 direct and 5 indirect reports">
- Share responsibility for timely billing and managing outstanding debt in partnership with our Central Back-Office team">
- Ensure our e-Mobility platform and app environments are stable, secure, and reliable">
- Oversee financial, legal, privacy, IT, and security matters with precision">
- Drive improvements to reduce waste and streamline installation and technical support processes">
- Build and maintain an Asset Management training program for our Sales & Operations teams">
- Support the ongoing development of your team and individual members, ensuring skills and efficiency are consistently advancing">
- Engage with stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and executive levels to secure alignment and support for your vision">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- An academic degree">
- At least 10 years of experience in commerce, marketing & digital">
- Of which at least 5 years as a Product Lead where you were managing one or more teams">
- Relevant knowledge of (commercial) digital developments">
- Knowledge of Payment & collection developments">
- Knowledge of Lean, Kan Ban, Scrum and Agile ways of working">
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English">
Salary
">The salary for this position ranges from €64,000 to €94,000 gross per month, based on a 38-hour workweek, with an estimated annual salary of approximately €768,000 - €1,128,000.

">This role is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

- End of year bonus of 4.5% of your annual salary">
- Profit sharing of up to 3.5% of your annual salary based on the results of Vattenfall Netherlands">
- NS Business card for commuting or a travel allowance of €0.23 per km up to a maximum of 50 km one way">
- 25 vacation days, 2.5 vitality days, and for a 40-hour contract: 13 ADV days">
