The Role

As a Senior CRM Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong customer relationships through personalized experiences. Your primary focus will be on acquiring, engaging, converting, and retaining CRM members, collaborating closely with key partners in EU markets to execute membership marketing strategies.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze CRM member behavior to extract actionable insights and develop comprehensive marketing plans to attract new members while delivering exclusive value propositions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including core HQ marketing functions, business & commerce functions, and regional marketing and retail teams, to gain buy-in and push through plans towards execution.
  • Develop key consumer moments that deliver 'member-only' value, design end-to-end consumer journeys to drive new member acquisition, member engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Brief internal creative agencies, media partners, and other stakeholder functions on deliverables to achieve marketing plan goals.
  • Work closely with omnichannel and local retail teams to ensure key initiatives are in place and running to drive consumer acquisition & identification.
  • Measure campaign performance, recap results into learnings decks, and share across the organization for best practice sharing and continued learning/improvement.
  • Take on team-wide or department-wide strategic projects as necessary.


Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have approximately 6-10 years of experience working in a high-paced, international setting, preferably with a global premium fashion or retail brand. You should be strategic, analytical, creative, and have outstanding communication skills. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of CRM and different consumer segments, and be able to address them in a different manner and tone of voice.
