Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CX Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Ocean CX team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth end-to-end shipment process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for assigned customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, or chat.
- Prepare and process transport and customs documents.
- Identify and implement out-of-the-box solutions to improve customer supply chains.
- Manage financial aspects of shipments.
Requirements
- Experience in the shipping and logistics industry, with a focus on Ocean business.
- Incoterms knowledge and ability to navigate complex trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
