The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CX Consultant to join our team. As an Ocean CX Consultant SME BCO, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth end-to-end shipment process for our customers. This includes monitoring transport orders, answering customer requests, and preparing transport and customs documents.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for assigned customers
- Answer customer requests via email, phone, or chat
- Prepare transport and customs documents
- Find out-of-the-box solutions to improve customer supply chains
- Handle financial aspects of shipments

Requirements
- Experience in the shipping and logistics industry, with a focus on Ocean business
- Incoterms knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
