About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CX Consultant to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our Ocean CX team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth end-to-end shipment process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for assigned customers.
- Provide proactive communication and information flow to customers to ensure transparency throughout the shipment process.
- Prepare and review transport and customs documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and implement out-of-the-box solutions to improve the supply chain of our customers.
- Manage financial aspects of shipments, including invoicing and payment processing.
Requirements
- Experience in the shipping and logistics industry, with a focus on Ocean business and Incoterms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Commercial acumen and a drive to deliver results.
