Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ocean CX Consultant SME BCO to join our team. As a key member of our shipping and logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth end-to-end shipment process, both import and export.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for assigned customers, responding to customer requests via email, phone, or chat.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, representing the face and voice of the company.
- Prepare transport and customs documents, finding innovative solutions to improve the supply chain of customers.
- Handle financial aspects of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements
- Experience in a service-oriented environment, with a strong background in shipping and logistics, particularly Ocean business.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with a strong interest in digitalization and shaping the digital future of customer service.
- Ability to think creatively and find out-of-the-box solutions to customer challenges.
