About the Role

Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics, driving innovation and transformation to redefine the boundaries of possibility. As a CX Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless end-to-end shipment processes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage ocean transport orders for assigned customers, providing proactive communication and information flow to ensure transparency.
  • Prepare transport and customs documents, and handle financial aspects of shipments.
  • Identify and implement out-of-the-box solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in the shipping and logistics industry, with a strong understanding of Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with a commercial mindset and enterprising spirit.
