Job Title: Global Category Lead - Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Global Category Lead - Marketing to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Global Procurement team, you will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies that create partnerships between KHC and media+marketing agency(s) and partners of choice, delivering tangible results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and roadmaps to support the delivery of future services to the Kraft Heinz business
  • Collaborate heavily with internal stakeholders, including Global Growth organization, Media GCOE team, Zone CMOs, and Global Marketing leads, as well as agency and media partners to deliver productivity and effectiveness across the media spend globally
  • Identify and manage strategic global partnerships, from partner selection through negotiation and contracting, partnering with legal
  • Manage performance when it comes to financial and media key indicators, ensuring contract compliance when it comes to media vendors
  • Develop and attain key performance indicators for implemented strategies, including identification of key drivers for proposed strategy, as well as generating effective action plans to close identified gaps around those KPIs
  • Monitor industry trends and generate benchmarking opportunities with industry peers and between different zones within Kraft Heinz
  • Manage contracts, audit platforms, and partners ensuring compliance & transparency around media spend globally

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience managing Marketing and Media or other commercial procurement related areas (CPG experience preferred)
  • Strong experience working across multiple regions and markets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence multiple areas of business and senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Organized and able to handle several projects concurrently
  • Experienced team lead
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies and applications
