Customer Service Specialist

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en klantgerichte Customer Service Agent voor onze Air Export afdeling in Schiphol-Rijk. In deze functie ben je het eerste contactpunt voor onze exportklanten en heb je een essentiële rol in het bieden van uitstekende service en het snel oplossen van klantvragen en -problemen. De perfecte kandidaat heeft uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, is gericht op oplossingen en streeft naar optimale klanttevredenheid. Als Customer Service Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice door klantvragen en -klachten snel en professioneel af te handelen via telefoon, e-mail en chat, in overeenstemming met de vastgestelde procedures en SLA's.
- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten om klanttevredenheid en loyaliteit te vergroten.
- Het begrijpen van de behoeften van klanten en het verstrekken van accurate informatie, aanbevelingen en oplossingen.
- Het zorgvuldig documenteren van klantinteracties, transacties en klachten in ons klantrelatiebeheersysteem.
- Het samenwerken met het operationele team om tijdige oplossingen te bieden en complexe problemen te escaleren indien nodig.
- Het behalen van persoonlijke en teamdoelstellingen zoals klanttevredenheid, responstijden en oplossingspercentages.
- Flexibel inspelen op veranderingen en snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving, waarbij je als voorbeeld fungeert voor je collega's.
Werkomgeving
Je werkt nauw samen met andere collega's van de Customer Service en rapporteert aan de Customer Service Air Export Supervisor. De werktijden zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag, van 08:00-16:30 uur en 09:00-17:30 uur. Na de inwerkperiode is het mogelijk om twee dagen per week vanuit huis te werken. Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met:
- Ten minste 3 jaar ervaring in klantenservice binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, met de capaciteit om complexe informatie op een duidelijke manier over te brengen.
- Een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
- Ervaring in luchtvracht of logistiek is een pré.
- Empathie en geduld om klantproblemen effectief te begrijpen en op te lossen.
- Sterke vaardigheden in probleemoplossing en besluitvorming.
- De mogelijkheid om taakgericht en onder druk te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
Wat wij bieden
Als Customer Service Agent bieden wij jou:
- Een bruto maandsalaris variërend van € 2.700,- tot € 3.680,-, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en opleidingsniveau, inclusief 8% vakantiegeld.
- Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- 25 vakantiedagen en 5 ADV-dagen bij een fulltime aanstelling.
