We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team at Pantein. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment process, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our recruitment team, including data entry, document management, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, interviews, and assessments.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our recruitment processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with our HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant education and experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Fluency in Dutch (NL-NL).
