Job Title: Recruitment Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our HRM Support team at Pantein. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiters in the entire recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to recruiters, including managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and preparing recruitment materials.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process, including communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing updates on the status of applications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the HRM Support team to ensure that all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
