Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and enhance targeted marketing campaigns and individualized customer experiences to stimulate purchasing behavior and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Refine customer segmentation strategies to ensure timely and relevant messaging to the appropriate audience.
  • Utilize data analysis to deepen insights into customer behavior and create tailored experiences.
  • Employ SQL for advanced segmentation to guarantee precise communication with customers.
  • Assess both current and new marketing initiatives, consistently measuring their effectiveness, conducting A/B tests, and refining communication strategies across various channels.
  • Act as a CRM subject matter expert, promoting best practices within the CRM team and across other departments. Stay alert for innovative opportunities and experimental approaches.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.

A typical day might involve:

Identifying a challenge related to customer retention in a specific market. You might convene a brief brainstorming session with your team to explore potential solutions.

The content team contributes relevant materials for your strategy. After launching the campaign, you observe improved engagement metrics. You create a dashboard to analyze engagement and purchasing patterns, discovering a significant reduction in churn for a targeted customer segment. You investigate this group further to uncover patterns in their behavior, providing valuable insights for long-term strategies.

Before you know it, the day has flown by as you immerse yourself in the outcomes of your latest customer engagement initiatives.

What you should ideally bring:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and project oversight.
  • A comprehensive understanding of data analytics, segmentation techniques, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL (knowledge of data integration is a plus).
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying complex analyses.
  • Commitment to operational excellence, ensuring campaigns and target audiences are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • A collaborative, intelligent, and open-minded individual who thrives in a diverse, international setting.
  • Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in at least one language relevant to our operational markets.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable digital role.
