Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at ING, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top-end real estate clients. Your primary goal will be to understand the customer's strategic agenda and provide expert advice to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business and financial needs.
  • Provide expert advice on real estate financing and sustainability.
  • Act as a lead generator for other ING segments and real estate specialists.
  • Manage and maintain an existing client portfolio of approximately 40-45 clients with an average size of 600 million assets under management.
  • Act as a deal captain for financing applications or restructuring and submit these applications in the PRM and GLC.
  • Be the primary risk contact for clients in your portfolio.
  • Actively involve the possibilities for OTD and Groenbank in advising the customer.
  • Provide daily management of the RE CST based on customer requests and monitor communication timelines to the customer on the end-to-end process.
  • Prepare an annual plan for developments and acquisition opportunities in your portfolio and in the real estate market.
