About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Lead to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our Brand & Creative team, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our brand, developing and implementing innovative design solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative team and processes, ensuring high-quality creative output and meeting business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and freelancers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Product Design teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product storytelling.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and techniques into our work.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and research to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
  • Ensure the creative team is working efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful creative strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Product Design, and Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
