About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at OnLogic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and close new top-tier customers through proactive sales and business development strategies.
  • Travel 25-35% of the time to meet with customers and build relationships.
  • Develop new customer relationships and work proactively to identify and resolve customer challenges.
  • Gain executive buy-in and negotiate complex contracts with key customers.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Build upon market presence in key vertical segments and grow the value and number of key accounts.

Our sales team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle. Our team includes:

  • Strategic Account Managers: Focused on winning large new opportunities with global technology leaders and growing strategic customer relationships.
  • Business Development Managers: Focus on acquiring new business with strategic new customers and top-line revenue growth.
  • Customer Success: Manage customer relationships with integrators and partners and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Sales: Field and qualify global technology innovators who are looking for a true consultative partner to provide solutions.
  • Sales Engineering: Experts in assessing customer needs and providing the best possible solution.
  • Sales Operations: Process-driven leaders who optimize our workflows and data-driven approach in a rapidly scaling organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • Minimum 5+ years of prior consultative sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or technologies into enterprise customers.
  • Experience building long-term relationships and selling into direct and/or OEM accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with a strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.
  • Organized and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • Natural leader with active listening skills and ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (level C2/C1). A second European language is an advantage.
