VerantwoordelijkhedenAls Customer Support medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van vragen en het helpen van klanten met hun softwarepakket. Je werkt samen met andere teams om producten en processen te verbeteren en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het delen van klantvragen en verwachtingen met andere teams.
WerkzaamhedenJe taken omvatten onder andere:
- Het beantwoorden van e-mails, chatberichten en telefoongesprekken
- Het vinden van oplossingen wanneer een klant een probleem meldt
- Klanten adviseren over nieuwe, innovatieve softwareoplossingen
- Het delen van klantvragen en verwachtingen met andere teams om producten en processen te verbeteren
We bieden een bruto maandsalaris van €2.550,- bij een werkweek van 40 uur. Je hebt ook een contract voor 32 tot 40 uur per week, waarbij je minimaal 50% van de tijd op kantoor werkt. Daarnaast bieden we een 13e maand, reiskostenvergoeding of thuiswerkvergoeding en 8% vakantietoeslag.
