About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team at Fluke. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform customer engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.

About the Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., business administration, marketing, sales).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably in the hi-tech industry.
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience with CRM software a strong asset.
