Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager Pharma

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the entire operational team in the warehouse. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, while also driving continuous improvement and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of professionals, including entry-level and supervisors, to achieve daily objectives and monitor customer KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create customized solutions based on customer needs, while maintaining standard product offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems, including ISO requirements, GMP, and GDP.
  • Manage activities covered by authorization, including serialization requirements, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate and execute actions related to the withdrawal and suspension of medicinal products.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharma logistics.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a warehouse operations team.
  • Knowledge of regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Dutch and English fluency.
