Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager Pharma

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the entire operational team in the warehouse. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, while also driving continuous improvement and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve daily objectives and monitor performance of customer KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create customized solutions based on customer needs, while maintaining standard product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and GDP requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute actions related to the withdrawal and suspension of medicinal products.
  • Develop and implement training and professional development programs for the team.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharma logistics and managing a warehouse operations team.
  • Knowledge of regulations regarding GMP and GDP.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Dutch and English fluency.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
