Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager Pharma

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the entire operational team in the warehouse. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of professionals, including entry-level and supervisors, to achieve daily objectives and monitor customer KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and systems, ensuring a reliable and efficient service to our customers at the lowest possible cost.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build organizational capability, talent, and bench strength.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems based on ISO requirements, as well as GMP and GDP regulations.
  • Manage activities covered by authorization, including serialization requirements, and ensure proper documentation of wholesale trade in medicinal products.
  • Coordinate and execute actions related to the withdrawal and suspension of medicinal products.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharma logistics.
  • 5 years of experience in managing and leading a warehouse operations team.
  • Knowledge of regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Lean thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Dutch and English fluency.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
