About the Role

Aegon Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Technical Portfolio Manager to join our Private ABS and Infrastructure team. As a Technical Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the operational portfolio management processes, including loan transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the operational portfolio management processes, including loan transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the investment managers to ensure the smooth execution of loan transactions and portfolio management tasks.
  • Coordinate with Middle Office, Back Office, Compliance, and Risk Management departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including investment and commitment reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operational handling of private assets at an asset management firm or bank.
  • Experience with loan/bond administration systems and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English, and preferably also in Dutch.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
