Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional project teams and foster the growth and development of junior staff.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with the Retail Banking Management Team and Executive Board Members to inform strategic decisions.
- Design and implement new initiatives, working closely with the executive board to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Improve existing models and methodologies, leveraging expertise in SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Mentor junior colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
You will join a dynamic and ambitious team of 5 colleagues who work closely together, share knowledge, and regularly socialize. Our team is part of a larger organization with expertise in Customer Analytics and Structuring, providing opportunities for learning and growth.
