NIBC is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Portfolio Management team in Retail Banking. As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategic initiatives and driving the management of our mortgage and savings portfolios.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional project teams and fostering the growth and development of junior staff
  • Managing our mortgage and savings portfolios, including interest rate risk hedging and credit risk assessments
  • Providing analytical support to business cases and contributing to the development of new initiatives
  • Collaborating with experts from various fields on strategic projects and working closely with the Retail Banking Management Team and Executive Board Members
  • Acting as a mentor to junior colleagues and enhancing their skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
