Account Director

As a key member of our sales team, the Account Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent relationship-building skills and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goals are met
- Track and analyze sales performance using Salesforce and other tools
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely information to management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix management model
