Job Title: Technical Commercial Employee

WhisperPower is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Commercial Employee to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with our customers in the Benelux and international distributors, providing technical advice and support, and processing incoming orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on our products and solutions, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process incoming orders and handle new requests, ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge in electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering/mechatronics, or the ability to acquire this knowledge.
  • Ability to work accurately and stress-resistant.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, with knowledge of German an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with SAP experience a plus.
