Job Title: Internal Sales Employee

WhisperPower is an internationally operating company specialized in the development, production, and distribution of energy systems for the maritime, mobile, and grid-independent market sectors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Employee to join our sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, handling new requests, and maintaining contact with our customers and international distributors.

Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming orders and handle new requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain contact with customers and international distributors through email and/or telephone.
  • Participate in proactive sales and provide primary product information.
  • Work closely with colleagues from field service, production, and logistics to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales managers, purchasing, production, and logistics, effectively switching between different parties and communicating key information.
Requirements:
  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
  • Good communicative skills.
  • Technical feeling in the field of electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering/mechatronics, or the willingness/capability to acquire this.
  • Able to work accurately and stress-resistant.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, German is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
