People & Culture Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Generalist to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our People & Culture strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Leader to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained.
- Support the onboarding process for new colleagues, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of People & Culture processes and procedures, providing expert guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as re-integration, working conditions, and legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support change management projects and assignments, working closely with People & Culture Leaders, business leaders, and support functions.
About You:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional results. You will have a strong understanding of Dutch labour law, recruitment in an international context, and knowledge of areas connected to competence development and facilitation.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a People & Culture Generalist
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and recruitment in an international context
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
This is a temporary role with an initial contract of 12 months, located in Delft, Netherlands. You will be part of the People & Culture team in Inter IKEA Enabling functions. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about people and culture, we encourage you to apply.
