E-commerce Manager

As a Junior E-commerce Manager at Undutchables, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our webshop. You will be responsible for overseeing the customer journey, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with the Marketing team to enhance the webshop experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Journey Mapping: Map out the customer journey and recommend improvements to optimize their experience.
- Webshop Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of various systems, spotting potential issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Marketing team, providing input to enhance the webshop, and communicate with external German partners.
- Content Management: Ensure the right content (products) is uploaded to the webshop.
- Team Supervision: Supervise the Customer Service team and assist with customer interactions, processing orders, and managing returns.
- Debt Management: Oversee debt management coordination.
- Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and utilize various online sales channels in collaboration with the Web Development team.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English (Dutch is a big plus for internal communication).
- Transportation: You have your own transportation.
- Working Permit: You have a valid working permit.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, quick learner, ability to work across multiple systems, and strong prioritization skills.
