Subject Matter Expert End-to-End Planning Specialist

Refresco is seeking a seasoned professional to support the implementation of a new end-to-end planning tool.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional IT consultant, preferably using Kinaxis technology.

The role will involve contributing to the definition and harmonization of business processes related to demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, and MRP, as well as performing fit gap analysis and designing interfaces between Kinaxis and other systems.

About the role:

  • Support Refresco in the implementation of a new end-to-end planning tool;
  • Contribute to the definition and harmonization of business processes related to demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, and MRP;
  • Perform fit gap analysis in order to replace legacy solutions by the newly selected European planning tool;
  • Design and document interfaces between Kinaxis and other systems (especially SAP S/4HANA);
  • Support our user community with testing, training, technical documentation;
  • Work closely with business process owners, functional directors, key users and other IT colleagues to ensure the harmonization of planning processes and tools;
  • Customize our Kinaxis application or coordinate our external partners in the customization.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business, Supply Chain Management or other related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional IT consultant, preferably using Kinaxis technology;
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry is preferred;
  • Experience or exposure to SAP is preferred;
  • Fluency in English and an extra European language is a nice to have;
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
