About the Role:

AFF Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our client's presence in Southeast Asia and China. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing distributor relationships, positioning high-quality animal nutrition products effectively, and driving overall growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize distributor relationships across Southeast Asia and China
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the region
  • Achieve sales targets in terms of volume, margin, and strategic goals
  • Conduct regular market analysis and adjust strategies to maximize opportunities
  • Train and support distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Monitor and report on the performance of distributors and implement improvements where necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field (animal science/nutrition)
  • Proven experience in a commercial role within the animal nutrition or agri-business sectors
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required
  • Strong understanding of distribution management and international sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
