Senior Director Investor Relations Europe

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Investor Relations efforts in Europe and Asia. As a key member of the global IR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's external communications and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement investor relations plans and strategies to enhance the company's visibility and credibility among investors and analysts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication of the company's vision, strategy, and progress.
- Manage the planning and execution of investor events, conferences, and roadshows to engage with investors and analysts.
- Lead the development and dissemination of investor materials, including earnings press releases, conference call scripts, and presentations.
- Provide strategic insights and analysis to senior leaders and the Board of Directors on investor perceptions, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and informed dialogue.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effective investor relations practices.
- 10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing investor relations strategies that drive engagement and investor confidence.
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial modeling, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
