About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Leader to join our team at AWL-Techniek. As an Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary development team that develops products for the AWL group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the R&D development roadmap in consultation with business unit managers and R&D colleagues.
  • Lead a team of Development Engineers to contribute to the development roadmap.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the team's products add strategic value to the organisation.
  • Manage the development process using agile methodologies (scrum).
  • Take on the role of Product Owner within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in (technical) computer science.
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience of working in a scrum team.
  • Knowledge of programming concepts (OOP, FP, etc.).
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
