We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our Tender Assurance team at Koninklijke BAM Groep. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting the creation and implementation of BAM Practices with expert groups.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and implement necessary process updates to ensure seamless tendering processes;
- Assemble and engage expert groups in relevant disciplines to drive business growth;
- Support expert groups in developing and implementing BAM Practices;
- Maintain and improve BAM Connect Tender support pages for tender teams;
- Oversee all Tender Assurance processes and manage their interdependencies;
- Collaborate on CRM improvements, KPI development, and quality monitoring.
You will work closely with the Tender Assurance Director to provide crucial input for our Stage Gate process. As part of a 5-person Tender Assurance team, you will help implement our work-winning policy across BAM and all tenders. This position is based in Bunnik, The Netherlands, with occasional travel to the United Kingdom.
What We Offer- A competitive salary between € 4,700,- and € 5,880,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience;

- A completed university degree;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in tendering, business, or project management processes;
- Experience with developing and implementing (tender) processes and related business controls;
- Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal;
- Elementary Power BI skills and/or willingness to learn.
